XML and SOA

When you are talking what SOA is about - what XML is about - what WebServices is about - its all about standards.

Having Standard Interfaces to just about everything.

Things can be ugraded without impacting what goes on to the things that are attached to them.

The Problem is : When you plug in more and more components like little Lego-Blocks - you really have to have a backbone a hub - a platform that is stabilised. Complexity <-> Stability

Integration is no longer just about Technology - its these days about People, Collaboration, Processes.
